The Mafia...

I think there should be a type of Mafia on here made of Shinigami's who misused their powers and discovered dark forbidden kidou and never learned the names of their zanpaktou in the place of having powerful Kidou at their disposal. The Mafia would take over parts of Rokungai llike the real one would and have certain 'wars' with anyone they have a problem with..but they also have special services for anyone who needs protection or to be 'rubbed out' >_>.

Instead of the typical shinigami Kimonos, the kimonos are reformatted to look more like dress suits and wear the mob style straw hats with a feather inside the rim that's actually a limiter to keep their reiatsu at a safe level and to prohbit the use of forbidden kido unless needed.

Hmmm, what if it were made up of shinigami that are apart of the Gotei 13? Kind of corruption, or perhaps, have the renegade shinigami be involved with some members of the Gotei 13. Would make an interesting twist.
