OOC, Action, and speech rules

I think it would be nice if we standardized these aspects of out posting just to stop confusion. Personally i find *___* for action, "___" for speech and OOC:____ for OOC are the easiest ways to tell what someone is doing. Also a line separating a switch between say action and speech

The only reason i bring this up is i think it would make things seem a bit cleaner and overall easier to read
