question about captain placements

if Im already captain of squad 4 but want to be captain of squad 11 can I challange the holder to a fight for it or since Im already captain I cant do it...plz answer.

Kira or Lucius (i cant rember which) said in one of the position battles that a captain can challenge an other ONLY if they abandon their own first. So if you lose you are no longer a captain

Ya not to mention i havent seen Kazu on in a while so it would be hard to pull that fight off

also theres way too much unrest in the gotie for capt to be going after capts so for now i would not support you in this matter
