what should we do about the 1st division captain and the 1st espada. In what way you want them to be replaced since they are not active

I agree..however, there should be an Arrancar/Espada Commander and Generals I think since the Espada is technically the army.

all captains fight for 1st position
all espada's fight for 1t position

To elaborabe, we need the CAPTAINS and LIEUTENANTS to nominate as they are the ranking!! To have someone who signed up yesterday vote and decide is kind of preposterous!!

I dunno, I just feel that all of this should be done as per specs.

yah as tsuneo said let it be the poll to decide maybe in 3 days...so that the choosing of the new 1st capt and 1st espada are in easy way...

I agree..but I would like to take the position of 1st espada. I will fight any arrancar if I need to without resurecion..though my character doesn't reveal it yet.

currently, Ichiro and Hakuma are the only active arrancar..so you two will fight for 1st espada position.

I know that some think number of posts should have nothing to do with captains but quite rankly an inactive captain just brings down the site and seeing as Div 1 is in charge of all the others i think the captain should be very active

I believe Mical can be the new sotaicho or beter Tsuneo if he is usually active.For arrancat even though I am usually active I ain't wanna the 1st Position.I beleive Hakuma is more suited and myabe we change the espada leader from Kurosaki to Hakuma.Then Hakuma could at least add more espada.And arrancar maybe.This are my suggestion and Ichiro sorry for not saying you shoud be the 1st but you could be the 2nd.

Agreed for sotaicho but arrancars love fight so for espada fight,for shinigami poll since they are peaceful.
