Several people have gone rouge and on the old site i remember a group just for those people. Can we bring this back?

Yeah i figured they just forgot to add this when they moved sites or maybe they thought they didnt need it yet but alas we do lol

Truthfully? ((Though I may just be blowing a trumpet with no sound...)) I'm slightly against a Rogue group of Shinigami... I swore that the penalty for committing treason, such as killing other SS people or going AWOL, you were trialled for High Treason than sentenced the death penalty... There are even designated Shinigami that are to go after the ones that desert their Division with the intent of no return. Though it could create a chace for people to get involved both hunting and running, I feel there isn't enough Shinigami to start dividing them once more out of the 13 Divisions... Just my two cents of course...
